Weechat

I already have several weechat packages. I have tried the graphical versions and I was no pleased at all, does the inclusion of weechat mean X-Chat will be removed?

Nope

We'll keep X-Chat for the GTK+ or Gnome module, but I had planned to include WeeChat in one of the other modules recommended for console usage.

well irssi should be removed if weechat is going to be included.

It's only on the DVD right now anyway

Irssi is in the miscellaneous module right now anyway (current build scripts) -- which means it should only be on the DVD, which includes a full install of Slackware + Dropline + our improvements/changes.
